Data Retention Schedule

Account records are kept for a maximum of five years after your last active session, in line with Indonesian financial record-keeping norms. After that period, data is irreversibly deleted from all live and backup systems.

Payment Data Isolation

QRIS, OVO, and GoPay payment credentials are never stored directly by us — they pass through tokenised payment rails operated by the respective providers. We hold only the transaction reference and amount for your account history.

Access Request Fulfilment

You have the right to request a full export of your account data at any time. Exports are generated within 24 hours and delivered to your verified email address as a structured, readable file.

Account Deletion Process

When you request account deletion, we remove personally identifiable fields within 30 days. Anonymised transaction aggregates required for financial compliance are retained separately and cannot be linked back to your identity.
